We are India's modern cashew manufacturing company that has been ethically sourcing raw cashews from the best cashew-producing African countries of the world, majorly from Tanzania, Ghana, and Benin.

With our extended experience as manufacturer of cashew nuts and our commitment towards providing equal employement opportunities to women, we have developed a highly advanced and efficient operation chain that reduces productions costs
and final prices for our customers.

Our cashew production unit assures unwavering quality standards because of our highly developed technology and great working environment. We have a fully fledged 28,800 sq. ft. processing facility, located in Siliguri, West Bengal in India where we execute end-to-end production of our cashews. Being a highly labour intensive process, we believe our people are our most precious and vital resource. As a result, focusing on their safety and well being has always been a top priority for us. Besides adhering to all current labour regulations, we go well beyond these to ensure our people enjoy a safe and healthy work environment. Suresh Jindal

With his rich experience of more than 40 years, Suresh has been an involved mentor, investor and a profound leader for the company. He is a fitness freak and always aims for perfection in every task that he does.

Naveen Jindal

Naveen is the head of the procurement and sales depart. He has a vast experience of 10+ years of procurement. He did his graduation and masters from Bangalore. He is an active sportsperson who has played state level cricket.

Nitesh Jindal

Nitesh brings a modern perspective to the team with his 2+ years of experience in a cashew manufacturing company in South India. He handles finances and explores technology adoptions for the company.

Our Process

From 6 origins in Africa to our in-house processing facility in India and distribution of superior quality cashew kernels to customers worldwide, we have got it all covered in our process.

#1 Procurement

We procure the highest-quality raw cashew nuts from the farmers at the origin. At least 90% of the raw cashews that are processed are acquired directly from the farm-gate and the remaining are procured from certified raw cashew trading companies.

We acquire only the 100% finest quality raw cashew nuts from esteemed origins in Africa to manufacture prime cashew kernels for our respected customers worldwide.

#2 Drying

After directly procuring high-quality raw cashew nuts (RCN) from farm-gate, they are dried to reduce the moisture content in them that prevents deterioration of the RCN during storage. This increases their shelf-life to a great extent.

We use modern drying methods and machinery which keeps the nuts healthy and reduces the processing time required.

#3 Roasting

A raw cashew nut (RCN) has an outer shell covering around the edible cashew kernel. These raw cashew nuts are steamed to make the shells brittle and easy to cut. Once the steaming process is complete, the nuts are spread evenly on a clean surface for air drying.

We employ technically designed steam roasting boilers that helps in the removal of this shell with minimal effort.

#4 Shelling

Due to a unique kidney shape of the raw cashew nut, it has an outer shell that is very hard to crack. The shell contains an oil called CNSL, which can be extracted and have several applications.

We use highly developed shelling technology to separate cashew shell and kernels. Our eye for precision and accuracy helps us obtain the highest percentage of whole kernels and avoid any breakage in the kernel.

#5 Peeling

Peeling is the process of removing the testa/skin from the kernel. Peeling machines use friction and air pressure to remove the testa from the kernel. However, mechanised peeling does not remove all testa from the kernels.

We have an integrated system of machines and skilled workforce that enable us to continuously improve our peeling process and minimize the occurrence of broken kernels.

#6 Grading

Cashew Kernels are graded into white / scorched wholes, splits, butts etc. Depending on the shape, size & color of the kernel, there are more than 25 grades of cashew kernels, but few grades are commercially available and traded.

We have achieved accuracy and consistency in grading by using specially designed cashew grading machines paired with highly-trained skilled labour.

#7 Packaging

At the last stage of processing, the cashew kernels are passed through Infra-red heating and dust cleaner to remove any foreign particles or dust. Cashew kernels are then packed in such a way so as to protect the product properly.

Our 3-layered packaging includes tin, plastic & nitrogen gas sealing that makes it moisture-free and highly durable.
