Cashew Butter Oat Cookies

We present to you CASHEW BUTTER OAT COOKIES - these babies are vegan, gluten free & so dang good. They contain Karma Nuts Cocoa Dusted Wrapped Cashews which give it an added crunch and fiber.

What You'll Need:

- 1c gluten free flour
- 1c oats
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4c vegan butter, room temp
- 1/4c cashew butter made from Crunchy Cashews
- 1/2c coconut sugar
- 4 tbsp dairy free milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2c Wrapped Crunchy Cashews, chopped into pieces


Directions:

1) Mix together cashew butter and butter w/ an electric mixer.

2) Add in coconut sugar mix.

3) Add almond milk and vanilla extract mix again.

4) Add in all the dry ingredients (pre mixed) & mix again.

5) Fold in your nuts

6) Bake at 375 for 10-13 mins *note they don’t spread much so press them down on the sheet.
